	Doug Heystek - President 530 Woods Drive Phone: 372-1099 Doug was born and raised in Kalamazoo, graduated from Western Michigan University and worked 30 years for the Eaton Corporation before his retirement in 2001. Doug is married to Margo who retired from the Kalamazoo Public Schools in June of 2003 after 34 years of teaching. Doug and Margo have two sons, Jeff and Jason, and two grandaughters, Anna and Jane. Doug and Margo moved to the lake in Jan 1998. Doug enjoys playing Golf, being a grandpa, and just living at Eagle Lake

	Randy Counterman 1060 N. Eagle Lake Dr. Phone: 375-7092 Randy was born and raised in Paw Paw, Michigan and graduated with Natural Resources Management degrees from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Michigan State University. He is now employed by The Southwest Michigan Land Conservancy where he works to preserve rare native ecosystems and their inhabitants. Randy has resided on North Eagle Lake Drive with his wife, Terri, since 1995. They have two sons, Wyatt and Joey, who can usually be found swimming in the lake or playing in the yard with their dog, Natasha. Randy is interested in maintaining the biodiversity of Eagle Lake and one of his favorite things about living on Eagle Lake is being able to watch the many different species of ducks that use the lake as a resting stop during their migrations.
	Tracy Hageman - Secretary 830 E. Eagle Lake Drive Phone: 323-7783 Tracy Hageman was born and raised in Kalamazoo. In fact, she has lived all of her life in the Kalamazoo/Texas Township area. Tracy has lived on Eagle Lake since 1996 with her husband, Brendan and their children, Jason, Nathaniel, Lauren & Rachel. Because she works as a Realtor specializing in our area, has children attending the local schools, and attends a local church, she has a long term commitment to the lake and our community.
	Jon Dixon - Vice President 523 Treasure Island/Woods Drive 372-0930 Jon was born in Stevensville and moved to Kalamazoo in 1967. He has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from WMU and is retired from Bronson Healthcare Group after 31 years. Jon’s wife, Sue, is a teacher in the Portage Public Schools and will be retiring this summer. They have 3 grown children, Laura, Bill and Tad and five grandsons. Jon and Sue have lived at Eagle Lake since 1996. They enjoy being grandparents, traveling, reading and enjoying all the recreational activities that lake living offers.
	Mark Johns 543 Treasure Island Drive Phone: 353-0164 Mark was born in St. Joseph MI. and moved to Kalamazoo in 1978. He has a Associates Degree in Welding Technology from KVCC. He is a retired Journeyman Ironworker and a licensed builder. Mark presently owns American Home Inspections Inc. and Advanced Radon Systems of S.W. Michigan. Marks wife Shari is a Human Resources Specialist at MPI Research in Mattawan. They have two grown children, Keenan and Kendall. They have lived on Eagle Lake since 1999 and enjoy all aspects of lake living.

	John Baas 517 Treasure Island Dr. Phone  375-1247 John was born and raised in Kalamazoo, graduated from Western Michigan University and has worked in the human resource healthcare field for over 35 years. John is married to Vicki and both have enjoyed Eagle Lake since the 1960's.  They have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.  This lake has provided countless memories to their family over 4 generations.
